Orbix Technology Inspires Next-Gen Tech Talent, Sharing Blockchain Insights and Career Guidance with Chula Engineering Students

Mr. Pisith Kulkarnchanachewin, Managing Director of Orbix Technology & Innovation Co., Ltd., featured as a guest speaker at a Knowledge Sharing session for engineering students at Chulalongkorn University. Under the topic “Powering your Future,” he shared real-world industry experiences in technology and digital finance, while offering valuable guidance to prepare the next generation for careers in the digital era.

In a recent keynote address, Mr. Pisith examined the ongoing evolution of distributed ledger technology (DLT), illustrating its transition from a digital asset framework into a core pillar for modern enterprises and the digital economy. His presentation emphasized key technical developments, including programmable monetary protocols, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and cryptographically secure cross-organizational data interoperability.

To demonstrate empirical applications, Mr. Pisith showcased Quarix, an enterprise-grade DLT architecture developed by Orbix Technology. Quarix is designed to establish an integrated multi-party ecosystem uniting public institutions, private enterprises, and technology partners to drive scalable, real-world commercial adoption.

Additionally, addressing professional development within the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, Mr. Pisith drew upon his extensive background in telecommunications engineering, systems architecture, and digital innovation leadership. He concluded that navigating contemporary technological disruption requires an interdisciplinary competency framework combining strategic business acumen, structured problem-solving methodologies, project management proficiency, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

"Technology will always evolve, but what matters most is your ability to learn new things, think critically, and take action. The future belongs to those who can bridge technology with creating real value for business and society," Mr. Pisith shared with the attending students.

Adding a practical dimension to the discussion, Mr. Nattapon Nimakul, Head of IT at Orbix Technology, led students through an applied exploration of blockchain development. The coding workshop examined the architectural principles and implementation considerations underpinning blockchain-based solutions, allowing participants to engage directly with concepts often encountered primarily in the classroom. In doing so, the session underscored the value of connecting technical education with the practical realities of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
